About Us

Rohan D’Souza began his maritime journey in 2012 as a Deck Cadet after completing his DNS Course and steadily progressed through the ranks, earning his 2nd Mate, First Mate, and Master (FG) Certificates of Competency while completing a BSc in Nautical Science. He has consistently excelled in MMD written and oral examinations, gaining first-hand experience of the value of persistence and focused preparation.

A passionate educator, Rohan has always enjoyed mentoring the next generation, sharing his knowledge with aspiring deck officers while also learning from them. He initially created custom notes for personal study, which gained nationwide appreciation for their clarity and simplicity among fellow candidates. Over the years, he has contributed more than INR 5 lakhs to various charitable causes from the proceeds of his notes.

Now settled ashore, Rohan provides expert online coaching, combining practical seafaring experience with effective exam strategies to help candidates succeed in MMD oral exams. His teaching approach emphasizes live, interactive guidance, structured mentorship, and practical insights to build both confidence and competence.

Rohan’s mission is to ensure participants are fully prepared not just for exams, but for a successful career at sea.
