Agreement to Terms: These terms of use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and The Nautical Guy’D concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, app or mobile website linked or otherwise connected thereto. We are registered in Mumbai (India). You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms of use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSED PROHIBITED FROM USING THIS SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. 

The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to the law and regulation or which would be subject to any regulatory requirement within such jurisdiction or country. The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons who are under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the site.

Intellectual Property Rights: Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website design, audio, video, photographs, text and graphics (collectively – ‘content’) and the trademarks, logos and service marks contained therein (the ‘Marks’) are owned and controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights. No part of the Site or the Content or Marks may be translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose whatsoever, without our written permission.

Products: All products sold on the website are created by the website owners. However, we do not guarantee that the products will be free of errors and your electronic display may not accurately display the products. Prices for all products are subject to change without prior intimation. The information provided in the products have been taken from various sources and users are advised to use it at their own discretion. The website or its owner cannot be held responsible for inaccurate information. 

Purchases and Payments: We have not added any payment gateway to our website yet to avoid any additional expense. This can change in the near future. However, once orders are placed, we will receive your order details in our e-mail and reply to you with the payment information. Payment can be made via net banking or any UPI apps (such as G-Pay, AmazonPay, Paytm, etc.) Once payment is received at our end, we shall send you the product(s) by e-mail as soon as possible. The Site is not responsible for delays use to genuine reasons. We shall do our best to send out the products within two working days after the payment is received. The product will be sent as a PDF file with a password to open which will be sent to you in the same e-mail. All the products will be watermarked with your name, e-mail and mobile number, in order to discourage piracy. Our notes are sold only to seafarers and hence, we reserve the right to refuse any order placed by a non-seafarer and to verify the same we can verify your name in DG Shipping Seafarer database or any other database to confirm you are a Seafarer. 

Return Policy: All sales are final and no refund will be issued. If you face any issue with the product, we will provide you with assistance in order for you to use your product. 

Guidelines for Reviews: You can post reviews on our website only if you have made a purchase. Any other review can be taken down from the Site at any time at our sole discretion. Reviews should not contain discriminatory references, foul language or any other inappropriate words or text, etc. Such reviews can be taken down from the Site at any time at our sole discretion.

Dispute Resolutions: You agree to irrevocably submit all disputes related to the Terms and conditions and the Site to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
